What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days after shipment.

Standard delivery is free, with no additional charges for the customer.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all countries in Europe.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via the link provided.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return any product that does not suit you. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I return an item?

Are the return shipping costs my responsibility?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
When will I be reimbursed?
Once the return is received and validated, we will issue the refund within 7 working days via the payment method used for the purchase.
Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Yes, we also offer an exchange if there is a problem with the item.
